THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING OUR PRODUCT.

1. This warranty applies to each new product purchased for domestic use in Malaysia from Bio Perfect Authorized Dealers supplied by Bio Healthy Beauty SdnBhd (“Bio Perfect”)

2. This warranty applies to services rendered by Bio Healthy Beauty and/or by Bio Perfect Authorized Service Dealers

3. This warranty applies to ascertained manufacturing defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period. Bio Healthy Beauty or Bio Perfect Authorized Service Dealers will at their discretion not to impose charges for any repair and/or replacement of defective components or parts of the products. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of Bio Healthy Beauty.

4. This warrant card is not replaceable in the event of loss, theft and/or defacement.

5. Bio Healthy beauty reserve the right to refuse to attend to any product installed in locations which are deemed inaccessible and/or hazardous to the safety and wellbeing of its service agents.

6. To the extent permitted by law, no other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantable quality and fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. Bio Healthy Beauty shall not be liable for loss of profits, special, indirect or consequential damages sustained in an whatsoever proceeding, claim and/or demand resulting or attributed to the product or services rendered to it.

7. All express and implied conditions herein or otherwise are subject to Bio Healthy Beauty authority and discretion where and when deemed appropriate.

Please note: You are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase receipt for your free warranty service, falling which Bio Healthy beauty or Bio perfect Authorized Service Dealers resources the right to decline any warranty claim.

What is not covered in this warranty:
1. Defects caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lighting, natural disasters, flood pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generator

2. Products damages due to tampering, alteration or repair by unauthorized person, misuse, negligence, riots, accident or operation of the products contrary to the instructions contained in the products manual.

3. Products damage due to commercial usage (warranty covers domestic usage only).

4. Products damages caused by improper testing, demonstration, maintenance, installation, adjustment or alteration of any kind.

5. Product damages caused by usage of non-genuine spare parts or accessories.
